HUCHUY QOSQO

Itinerary:

Cusco – Chinchero – Huchuy Qosqo – Cusco (1D)
We’ll pick you up at your hotel at 6:00am, leave Cusco at 6:30am, and travel to the village of Chinchero. From Chinchero, we’ll begin our hike, passing through the villages of Cuper Bajo and Cuper Alto along the way and finally arriving in Huchuy Qosqo (Huchuy=Little and Qosqo=Cusco).

Cusco – Lamay – Huchuy Qosqo Lamay – Cusco (1D)
We’ll pick you up at your hotel at 7:30am and to leave Cusco at 8:00 for the village of Lamay, where we’ll start walking for about two hours to get to Huchuy Qosqo. There, we’ll take a guided visit of the whole archaeological complex and share a delicious box-lunch. After some rest, we’ll begin our descent to Lamay and take our bus back to Cusco.

Cusco – Sacsayhuaman – Pucamarca – Huchuy Qosqo – Lamay – Cusco (2D-1N)
Day 1: Cusco – Sacsayhuaman – X Zone – Pucamarca
We’ll pick you up at your hotel at 7:30am and go to Sacsayhuaman where we’ll begin our hike, passing though the X Zone. After a four-hour walk, we’ll arrive at Pucamarca where we’ll camp for the night.

Day 2: Pucamarca – Huchuy Qosqo – Lamay – Cusco
After breakfast, we’ll hike toward Huchuy Qosqo, where we’ll take a guided tour of the archaeological site. Then, we’ll descend to the village of Lamay where we’ll take the bus back to Cusco.
